Arthur Yao is currently a junior at Tufts University, studying Economics and International Relations. Originally from Shanghai, he spent his early childhood there before moving to Western Massachusetts to attend Deerfield Academy for high school. Interested in macroeconomic policy and impact investing, he will be continuing his professional career as a 2023 summer investment banking intern at Lazard in NYC. Beyond his academic and professional pursuits, he is a fervent reader, lifelong tennis player, and a dedicated Arsenal FC fan (GO GUNNERS!). Through this platform, he hopes to share his thoughts on current events, books, travels, and everything in between.
